The Detachable Container House is a fully knock-down modular building system developed for projects where international transportation cost, bulk purchasing and future relocation are major considerations.


Unlike a pre-welded flat-pack house, the main roof beams, base beams, columns, wall panels, doors, windows and installation accessories are separated and packed as individual building components. After arrival, the complete structure is assembled with bolts, screws and mechanical connections according to the approved installation drawings.


This fully detachable design uses shipping-container space more efficiently and allows a larger number of building kits to be transported in each project batch.
